Kirill Gluschenko
Kirill Gluschenko is a visual artist and photographer based in Kaliningrad, known for his conceptual publishing project ‘Gluschenkoizdat Press.’ Working at the intersection of photography, archival research, and storytelling, he documents post-Soviet towns through books and exhibitions. His project ‘Our Days are Rich and Bright’ (2016) earned the Innovation Prize in Moscow (2017), while ‘Venets,’ first shown in Venice in 2017, received the Marion Award. Gluschenko’s practice merges documentary precision with fictional frameworks, exploring memory, place, and cultural identity across Russia and the former Eastern Bloc.
